This is just as Tomlin likes it. Keep it close until the fourth quarter.
Yep. Just a game.I'm not a huge fan of it either, as a fan of the game, or at least how it used to be.
However, when you have guys literally blowing their own brains out, post career, due to the brain trauma they experienced while playing in the NFL, we have to take a step back and remember it is just a game.
Watch the replay.
Agree. He needs to go.Seen enough of Mitch. I hold my breath every time he drops back.
Maybe as an old defender I am not sure how the **** he is supposed to play other than letting him catch it. He turned his body never hit with his head. Obviously was trying to hit the body but the receiver was moving down. Like I said maybe a penalty but not an ejection. If he had lead with his head directly into the receiver then I see an ejection. If you've been paying any attention at all over the last 12 or so years, you would know that there was nothing borderline about it. Then again, you're the one who seemingly has a bottomless pit full of faith in tomlin, so maybe you really dont pay attention all that well after all?
Same system where every qb has sucked. Not worse sure... but still suck. How much worse can Rudolph be?
I thought Kazee could have pulled up a bit and I did not like the hit, but I am not sure how it warrants an ejection. I cant recall an NFL player getting ejected for a hit. As to your other points, RBs are not normally running full speed when they are taking shots, but I would equate RBs to a boxer taking 50 jabs vs 1 KO shot. I dont think one is any better than the other for your brain
He pushes the envelope way too much. He’s a rookie and the refs aren’t gonna give him the benefit of the doubt.Joey, you can't be that obtuse!!!
Agree. Frank Wycheck is another example of this. He was really struggling the last 5 years. He of course wanted his brain donated to the CTE research.I'm not a huge fan of it either, as a fan of the game, or at least how it used to be.

It's not saving anyone from head injuries. It's a collision sport. If you're concerned, you should play tennis or maybe bowling.
You don't see anyone giving two ***** about running backs getting smashed in the head from all sides.
Yeah, because when you've played QB all gour life and are "good enough" to get drafted as the #2 overall pick, you need someone to coach you up on mechanics.
Richard Sherman got away with the same, often a lot worse. Definitely a rookie flag.He pushes the envelope way too much. He’s a rookie and the refs aren’t gonna give him the benefit of the doubt.
Now that call was correct. JPJ was all over him. We are either all over the receiver or we are giving up chunks of yardage as the opposing offense finds the seams in the D.
The nfl is catered to a different generation. This is football nowIt's not saving anyone from head injuries. It's a collision sport. If you're concerned, you should play tennis or maybe bowling.

Well he lost his job to Duck Hodges who now works at 7-11. And was it 2019 or 2020 when Ben was out that all Mason had to do was beat the sad sack Lions and he tied them up 16 to 16, sending us to KC in the playoffs and a royal azz thumping, but hey we'll never know till they try. I'm not against it. Mitch is not inspiring any confidence, for me anyway. How much worse can Rudolph be?
Hell no it def is not!!!This isn't a Chuck Noll staff.
I don't like Cole's. It's usually moving backwards.Don’t like Porters body language
How is Kazee going to pull up mid dive?I thought Kazee could have pulled up a bit and I did not like the hit, but I am not sure how it warrants an ejection. I cant recall an NFL player getting ejected for a hit. You do realize that BOTH starting safeties are out, right???Our defense oriented head coach leads a Swiss cheese D when it matters
You're missing the point. If a player needs coaching on basic mechanics at this level, he's not the one. This isn't a Chuck Noll staff.
