Sure, there are **** organizations like Jacksonville who would hire him in a nano second, but if Tomlin was the Head Coach of any organization outside of the consistent Steelers, his *** would have been gone with his lack of playoff appearances and playoff wins. He's an average coach who hires average coaches who delivers average seasons.Tomlin is one of the best coaches in the league. He'd have a job as HC the day after you fired him.

Good - Winning regular season record, Leadership, adapting to changes (personnel and NFL rules)
Bad - losing post season record, lack of playoff appearances of late, poor game management, playing down to competition, lack of on-field discipline, poor hiring practices.
It's fair to be critical of Coach T.
