So the Steelers kept the following players on IR that were not outright injury settlement released
-Anthony Miller
-Karl Joseph
-Carlins Platel
-Jeremy McNichols
None of these players are eligible to return this year. I think there is a loophole where we could outright release them and reign them 4 weeks later, but for the most part each of these guys either has a super severe injury or the Steelers had them in there plans for next season and they wanted to retain their rights
