The accord was announced on Tuesday by Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif and the European Union's policy chief Federica Mogherini in a joint statement in the Austrian capital.

Ban on Iran to buy certain dual-use machinery and technology will end
EU and US economic and financial sanctions on Iran will be lifted
Billions of US dollars of Iran's frozen assets will be released
Sanctions on Iran's central bank, national Iranian oil company, shipping lines, Iran air, many other institutions and people will be lifted

Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif called the deal a "win-win" solution to end "an unnecessary crisis and open new horizons for dealing with serious problems that affect our international community."

"I believe this is a historic moment. We are reaching an agreement that is not perfect for everybody but it is what we could accomplish and it is an important achievement for all of us," said Zarif.

Can the USA ( Not UN inspectors ) view any area, above or below the ground for inspections?

Is Iran still sponsoring terrorism? Is there written langauge that says the funds that were frozen can not be share shifted to the Military, sales of arms, or free arms for Terrorism?

Is Iran banned from getting nuclear weapons on the black market?

What happens if Iran breaks the terms and conditions?

I am very skeptical here. Making a deal just to get one is never wise. Details are needed, and Congress needs a full inspection.
 
Another example of Obuma helping his terrorist brothers. Iranians were chanting "Death to America" while the negotiations were going on. Liberals love Muslim terrorists.

You do realize our gas prices have very little to do with supply and demand, right? The Arabs lower prices when they want to stop us from developing and piping our own resources. Like last year. And they succeeded.

Dipshit liar.

While some members of Congress had urged comprehensive inspections of Iran's nuclear sites, the deal in hand gives Iran much leverage over that process. The agreement requires international inspectors to ask Iran's permission first, after which Iran has 14 days to decide whether to grant it. If not, the same group of nations that struck the deal would have another 10 days to make their decision about what to do next. While the international group may have final say, the set-up essentially gives Iran 24 days to drag out the process,

Obama and Kerry bent over and took it up the ying yang just so they could say they landed a "historic deal". Yes, it is historic but only for the fact that we looked like a bunch of weak tools and all but handed Iran a nuclear bomb. This is beyond pitiful. Every US citizen should be embarrassed by what this *** hat has done to this country and to the world.

HOW THE F is this a deal? 5,000 active machines are plenty, and Iran is likely hiding many that the USA is not aware of. Now Iran gets 150 billion back in frozen assets. Way to fund things Obama.

Well that’s nice, but limiting is not stopping, and I do not trust them not to ship overseas…pretty sure they did it already.
 
With enough money and a couple crooked people i can easily see nuclear material ending up in terrorists hands. Maybe they are just baiting iran so they can find something illegal and bomb them...
