I think we should do nothing. We took out their guy. That was a huge strategic win. Iran had to hit us back somewhere to save face. We knew this was coming. They chose a small base that would do minimal damage to US troops. They are hoping we let this drop.

I would issue a statement acknowledging that Iran felt the need to respond after one of their beloved leaders was killed. Now that they have done that, the US will not escalate this any further unless Iran does. At that point, the gloves come off.
