Sounds like bullshit to me. I'm thinking this will end up in court. A coach not winning enough or acting like a jerk is not "cause". I would think that Urban would have to do something almost criminal to void his deal. I mean the Raiders paid Gruden and he was set up by the NFL for far worse that anything Urb is accused of.
Who would want to coach the Jags? Yeah, take this job, and if players complain to the owner, he won't have your back, he'll back the ****** players and fire the coach and maybe try to get out of paying. Sign me up!
