I was told that "muh insurrection" almost overthrew democracy (lol at democracy). I was also told by these same people that those of us that believe in the 2nd amendment were wrong because we wouldn't be able to defend against a "Government" (lol again) unless we had F15s and nukes.
So, which is it? Was the government in danger of being overthrown by people entering the Capitol building - some being stupidly violent about it, but quite a lot of them being let in by the same police saying they were in a war zone - OR - is it that those big bad "Assault Weapons" (LMFAO) that are super destructive with exploding ammunition aren't enough against the government's so called "might".

It's odd that the democrats are out to smear Trump as much as possible so he can't win an election or won't run for election, yet I read reports that the democrats want Trump to run because they believe that they can beat him in the election. I suppose they don't like their chances of winning versus DeSantis or Hutchins? And what would the match up look like? Trump vs Biden? Trump vs Harris? DeSantis vs Biden? DeSantis vs Harris? At this point do democrats think either Biden or Harris can win election at all, with their destructive policies? Are they that confident in their vote counting operation will win it for them?
Biden can't run again, he's not competent now and might be dead from old age by then. Now he THINKS he's going to run but that's how delusional he is.
Maybe he gets to keep the replica Oval Office he uses now with hired actors as staff and gets to think he's President.
The party can't stand Harris and knows she's a loser.

It's old news and for some attempt to overthrow the government they failed miserably. Trump isn't president now. Why focus on him when we have significant other problems? Lock her they used to say until Clinton was a non factor is politics. Put him in a home for Biden is what the Dems should be focusing on. Trump is done. And so is Biden. Desantis has a real chance to shine.

This is what the Republican party has done forever. They complain, claim that if you elect them, that they will actually legislate, and then when you hand them the majority (repeatedly), the do absolutely nothing with it. This isn't new. And we are about to put them in the majority again, so they can infight and accomplish nothing on the road to returning power to democrats in short order.
It's not enough to simply be a republican anymore, then vote with Democrats 50% of the time. It's not enough to not be a democrat anymore. You do what the people elected you to do, or you get canned. It's that simple. I'm done voting for the other side of the same damn coin until they prove otherwise.
