I'm assuming you mean passer rating. QBR is on a scale of 0-100. Only two quarterbacks had over 70 QBR in 2022 -- Mahomes and Josh Allen.

Subjectivity and guesswork have no place in stats. QBR sucks. Sure there were advocates for a qb rating system that took into account sacks and rushing… but they went too far with that metric trying to determine if tge qb made tge right play without actually knowing the play
