Johnny Manziel hasn’t played in an NFL game yet, but he already leads the league in trademarks.

Manziel has filed for a trademark to the term “Johnny Cleveland,” according to ESPN. That makes 10 trademarks that Manziel’s company, JMan2 Enterprises LLC, has filed with the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office.

Manziel’s other trademarks include “Johnny Football,” “JFF,” “ManzIIiel” and “The House That Johnny Built,” the latter a reference to the renovated stadium at Texas A&M.

so, he has that going for him

Why would you want to be known as Johnny Cleveland? That's sounds more like a put down .

Can't wait to see what Hoge has to say about this. He already tore the guy apart.

Wow, first the term Cleveland Steamer, now Johnny Cleveland. Or commonly referred to as a #2.

I gotta go take a Johnny Cleveland.

Be sure you flush, spray, and wash your hands.

Perhaps Johnny Cleveland could represent a turd (Manzel) STUCK in the toilet bowl (Cleveland) The possibilities are limitless.

what a douche, maybe he should check the brownies qb history Tim Couch, Brady Quinn, Colt McCoy, Seneca Wallace, Luke McCown. Every one of them failed, of course maybe he already knows he will fail and is looking to cash in while he can.

The Browns are magnets for totally overrated college QB's Charlie Frye broke all those records...total steal... Colt McCoy... you cant overlook what he did in college... total Steal... Brady Quinn was going to be a top five pick... total steal... Weeden? well he only fell because of his age... TOTAL STEAL... I mean at some point you have to realize how bad they have been at that position since they came back... Tim couch over McNabb and Culpepper? If not for Mcnown and Akili Smith being utter busts in the top half of that first round that would have been magnified as a much more terrible pick than it is thought of...

Can I copyright Johnny Bust right now..lol

Johnny Cleveland in the factory of sadness. SOON

how about johnny I haven't done anything to deserve a nickname yet

Not true... Johnny Jackass, Johnny Flipoff, Johnny Cokefiend, Johnny Benchwarmer, Johnny Egomaniac .... all sorts of pro football accomplishments to date

Its a smart business move. Beyond that why does anyone give a **** about rookie hubris?

Because it's fun to pick on him and Cleveland. The whole situation is eating them up inside, and it's killing them. Few things are more fun than listening to the postgame call in show after a Stains loss. It's both high drama, and comedy.

You have to admit, he has the hype down to a science. I'm pretty sure football, at the pro level, can contain this little **** stick. Heaven forbid, the defense that can't as that will be all you hear from here on out. "Johnny Cleveland, the boy who took the crap, out of the crapper"

Salute the nation

This was my first thought too:

How about the evolution to "Johnny Cleveland Steamer"?

That really says it all.
