Never heard that, but there was a Clowns offensive tackle by the name of Orlando Brown that got nearly blinded in one eye from being hit with a referees flag. Had to be hospitalized. Filed suit.
It managed to fly into the opening above the face mask.

I was referring to him hacking and coughing on Hard Knocks and his over dramatization when he got poked in the eye last week. He seems to be quite a drama queen to me.
