New NFL Sunday Ticket Prices

As someone that subscribed for years way back when I absolutely will not be going back unless there are: 1) single games; 2) team package; and 3) more reasonable prices. Even with a team package, decent teams will also see 3-5 games on national broadcast and at least a couple (if not more) games available in out-of-market locations.

Even with that hardline position I have never had to miss a Steelers game that I didn't want/need to miss (i.e., family and real life stuff).
Agreed

Canada (country not OC) has something right. Dazn streams all Games and is less than 30 a month. You can cancel as soon as playoffs start. So you only need 4 months.

Yeah, we haven’t really needed the Play Off action of late……..

Another reason for me to move to Canada, now I just need to get PAUL to lower his rent to where he pays me $40.00 a month to stay there………….

Sell the LS10.

I miss the old days when you could just point your satellite dish in the right direction and pick up the Pittsburgh feed for free. I really only want the Steeler game. The rest of them I could care less about. There's no value to me.

Live feeds were great, especially the comments given when they went to commercials.

The playoffs are on Peasant vision. I usually decide between cutting it a week early and going to bar or watching it at home if they are in it.

yea canada we got dazn about 30 bucks a month same features as sunday ticket in fact u can stream with 2 devices signed in always have the secondary for a key fantasy game

Can we use Dazn down here in the US? That would be one of my top two choices with the IPTV route being the other.

Hahaha! Now there’s a childhood memory. The dishes that were the size of NASA’s?! I remember watching a Utah Jazz game once and like you said at commercial, you could hear everything. Hot Rod Huntley went absolutely NUCLEAR on poor Ron Boone his color commentator. I was so shocked. They weren’t the on air always so nice and clean cut I had grown to imagine 🤣

You can get dazn but it’s an app and features mostly boxing in the US

VPN ... put your digital self in Canada (both for signing up and viewing).

It is expensive but if it means not going to the local bar 8 to 10 times and spending easily 50 to 100 each trip is it really that expensive?

The price is no concern to me, what will get people signing up is not needing to have YouTube tv service, and being able to stream it anywhere.

I live where I COULD get direct TV, which meant I couldn't get the streaming version of the ticket. And we don't watch enough TV to have a service for live TV.

I'll def be signing up before June 6th as soon as it becomes available.

Pretty disappointing honestly, but I'm not sure what I expected in the first place.

I guess it was delusional on my part to think this may actually be more affordable.

Sorry SIR, nothing about the NFL will ever go down in pricing.

I see in about 5-7 years that “PEEK” will start tapering off. About the time they expand the league and force teams overseas will be the start of the end.

I’m fortunate to live in the Pittsburgh market, but I’m thinking only a handful ARE nationally televised. If you live near Cleveland, Cincinnati or Baltimore, you likely see non-nationally televised Steelers games when they’re not playing at the same time and network as those teams.
I've maintained for a while that if the Steelers are good enough most of their games will be televised nationally. I'll live without the games that aren't.

No way I'm helping to pay any more of Goodell's salary than I have to.
