NFL moves Browns-Bills game to Detroit due to snowstorm

5' of frozen water makes up a lot of mass.
They would have to pull all the salt trucks off the road and get 4- 5cy loaders in the stadium to remove it and dump it somewhere. ALl whil driving on roads full of snow.. And do it all within 2 days.

Definitely a challenge..lol. I doubt it's that high up on the list for local management.

Road washes out here from hurricane, road is fixed in a few days. I know not the same urgency. Just thought it would be a really cool snow game.

If they are playing a game in 4 to 5 feet of snow they should only do so with height impaired people ... who play underneath in snow caves. And each height impaired player wears a Go Pro. Now that would be entertaining!

Has it snowed 5 ft yet?

And put 300,000 sq. feet of snow where? Regardless, It’ll shut down the city. I’m quite certain of it.
Snow has a volume, and a mass ********

And you’re Canadian.

Could you be any more pointless?

I think that has been answered from your 1st to your second.

There are MANY Canadian friends here and each and everyone of them seem GREAT

Confluene is the least of your Canada worries as the one on our team should be front and center.

Video from yesterday and you'll notice that more is coming down. I lived up there for a year (Watertown, like Buffalo only colder) and that's where I met my first wife so we were still back and forth in it for holidays. Been in crap like this more than once. My ex-sister-in-law lived in a mobile home for a while and her husband would have to climb up on the roof and pull the snowblower up with a rope to get the snow off the roof so it didn't collapse. 4wd is helpful but often the problem is that you can't see and don't know if you're in your lane or the oncoming lane or driving through someone's yard.

It's like the Blizzard of '93 was here except western and northern NY get that every month. Somewhere I have a photo of me standing in the bed of my ex-father-in-law's truck with my arm raised and my hand still isn't as high as the snow on the side of the road.

One question to all of those stuck on the road, did you not know this was coming?

Hot damn! Lol

Sorry Flog, typical liberal thought process, saying something offensive, and if the receiving party is offended, it's their fault?
Liberal? I’d argue that declaring that people are powerless to being offended is snowflake-like thinking.

I lived the first 6 years of my life in Chicago. People make fun of it and disparage it all the time, it’s never offended me.
