NHL 2017-2018 season(other teams)

Yep. If they can get close to matching their physicality on Wednesday, they have the goaltending and goal scoring ability to win. They just did not show up last night at all. One of the guys reminded me of how Phil was skating around. Head down and passes that constantly were intercepted.

They need to get that power play working again. It was friggin pitiful last night. They sniffed out the net a few times last night but never really tested Holtby. I think if they could have sneaked in a goal early, he would have been a basket case the rest of the game.

Personally I think the Caps are a better matchup for Vegas to win the cup.

However, the stage show if the Lightning make the cup would be EPIC!

I hope Tampa makes it.
Cause then it's win/win for me.

I want VGK to win cause they are Pens west.
I want Tampa to win for Ark and Pitt Charlie.

I got the Caps for the win in the ECF. I just feel it I guess. Perhaps I am resigned to it. Either way.....

Tampa passes too much. Just like the Pens, all that talent can work against you if you let it.

Tampa is giving the Caps too much room entering the zone. Every entry seems like a good chance. Tampa has to tighten up. What they are doing now ain't gonna get it.

Reminds me of the Playoff games we had against New Jersey back in the 90s. Most of the game was spent in their zone and we couldn't score. The puck pops out for a few seconds or they get a breakaway and they score like there's nothing to it

Definitely a puck luck game.
Tampa played some inspired hockey at the start of the 2nd. Just could not cash in.


There's still one more period, but Tampa has to score.
