I'll speculate. Clinton is 50/50 to go down in flames and who knows who else read or misused Top Secret or SAP ( Special Access Privilege ) which is even above top secret.

If this happens, Obama will pardon Clinton which will excuse her from answering questions, with the understanding that Sanders does not say a word about the topic. In addition to Obama's official endorsement, Sanders will owe a favor or two if elected in exchange for Obama telling the black community to switch their vote and back Sanders.

Rep. Darrell Issa (R-Calif.) said the FBI likely has enough evidence right now to indict Hillary Clinton and her valued aide Huma Abedin, but that agency chief James Comey is being constrained.

“I think the FBI director would like to indict both Huma and Hillary as we speak,” Issa told The Washington Examiner in an interview published Friday. “I think he’s in a position where he’s being forced to triple-time make a case what would otherwise be, what they call, a slam dunk."

“There’s no question, she knew she had a responsibility and she circumvented it,” he said of the Democratic presidential front-runner. “She circumvented it a second time when she knowingly let highly-classified material get into emails in an unclassified format.”

The State Department announced Friday it would release about 2,000 pages of Clinton’s emails but delay the final batch until after the New Hampshire primary.

I know the hippy wannabe educated white america loves Sanders right now, but his poll numbers just don't hold up in the South. Clinton is just way too far ahead in the SEC and come March 6th, she's going to have a potentially HUGE lead in the nomination process.

Hillary Clinton is on her 9th life. If the FBI indicts her, she's going to be on a very unconformable defensive. I do not think she can recover. Hillary is losing support among women, and that's her strongest base. I tend to think Sanders who is drawing bigger crowds has bigger support than most polls suggest. We shall see.

It will only take Obama to issue a message to minority based Democratic voters to switch to Sanders, then Sanders has both educated white support, and middle to lower class minority support. Unemployment under Obama has been high for minority supporters. Sanders with his message of socialism would, in fact, help then 2x better than Obama's politics if elected. So while Sanders is old and white, he's the Santa Claus they have been waiting for with the b@lls and authenticity to at least try.

This email abuse is a major bomb if openly exposed. Hillary had people brush off top secret and SAP ( Special access privilege even above top secret ) labels on a non-secure server. Who knows who she sent sensitive information to, and without out labels, who the target of the email also forward it to.

James Comey is a man with great integrity according to everyone who meet him. If he re-signs over this, it will be a stain on Obama's legacy and fuel further speculation of just how bad things really are.

In addition, I'll betcha Clinton who though she was typing in private said some pollitcal incorrect things. With 30,000 emails it's guarantee.

If released in Public she's nailed like a spike to a railroad.

The problem is that the FBI can not indict anyone, let alone ms Hildebeast. It takes the Justice Dept to move for an indictment. The FBI can scream 'till they turn blue but without Loretta. Lynch's official O key dockey, ole Hillary can just tread water for awhile.

Rumor does have a scenario that has FBI Director Robert S. Mueller III resigning in protest, which will put a lot of pressure on the White House to do something but history tells us that Barry could very well ignore that pressure in his lame duck year.
