Obama Will Push Transgender, ‘Gender Identity,’ Rules on all K-12 Schools
Barack Obama will step up his campaign to change the laws and social expectations about the sexual development of children in schools.
Politico’s report shows that Obama’s agenda goes much further than allowing a few “transgender” youths to use bathrooms or locker rooms reserved for kids of the opposite sex.
The new rules will restrict and suppress the views of the vast majority of normal students, and will create procedures to keep parents in the dark about their kids’ government-supported experiments in “gender identity.”
“The Obama administration is expected in coming weeks to aggressively reinforce its position that transgender student rights are fully protected under federal law,” according to Politico. “Multiple agencies are expected to be involved … the legal protections include providing transgender students with not just access to bathrooms and locker rooms that align with their gender identity but also affording them protections from bullying, harassment and sexual violence, and a right to privacy concerning their transgender status and transition.”

Parents sue feds for forcing school to let transgenders in girls locker room
Chicago-area families who don’t want their 14- to 17-year-old daughters to undress and shower with a boy staring at their naked bodies filed a lawsuit against the Department of Education and their high school.
Fifty-one families, representing 73 parents and 63 students, joined with the Alliance Defending Freedom and Thomas More Society to challenge the feds’ interpretation of Title IX and the legality of the agency’s guidance in federal court,
In response to the policies, according to the suit, “some girls actively avoid the locker rooms at school,” some avoid the restrooms, one is wearing gym clothes under her school clothes all day, some are “risking tardiness by running to the opposite end of the school, during short 5 minute passing periods, to try to find an empty restroom,” and
other girls are changing as quickly as possible in the locker room, avoiding all eye contact and conversation, all the while experiencing great stress and anxiety over whether a biological male will walk in while they are unclothed.
The lawsuit claims that the biological male spurned the school’s repeated and increasingly favorable offers to accommodate him short of letting him in the girls’ locker room. (The suit also names the Justice Department, which enforces Title IX.)

The US Military Academy, commonly known as West Point, launched an inquiry into a group of 16 black, female cadets set to graduate after they posed in a traditional group photo raising their fists - a gesture historically associated with black resistance.
The image prompted an investigation to determine whether or not the women broke any rules, West Point spokesperson Lt Col Christopher Kasker said in a statement. Department of Defence guidelines prohibit soldiers and cadets from making political statements while in uniform or on military grounds.
Army Times, a weekly newspaper that serves active and retired US Armed Forces personnel, said that numerous readers sent in letters that the gesture was, in fact, in violation of the DOD guidelines.

An Atlanta-area woman who called for black people to “rise up and shoot every white cop” apologized for her Facebook post Friday.
Prosecutors charged Ebony Dickens with terroristic threats and inciting a riot after they said she wrote, “I condone black on white killings. Hell they condone crimes against us,” and “death to all white cops nationwide” under her Facebook name Tiffany Milan last April.
