Tomlin would be hired in about 15 seconds if the Steelers fired him. You don't think the Raiders or Chargers would love to have him right now?
He would get another shot and do not much to less with them.

I think he'd be perfect for the Charges. That team is ready to win right now with Herbert and Staley stinks as a head coach. Tomlin and the Steelers could probably both use a fresh start.
Yeah I could see the Chargers as a team he could possibly do well with. I just think once the playoffs hit you would see the same ol results.
It’s all media suck up. Tomlin is held in high regard to the casual fans and talking heads

Ben carried the team. Cowher’s players were the last hurrah of players who played for pride.
The majority of players now play for $$$ and endorsements. It’s a short career so they’re milking as much as they can. There’s a reason players market themselves on tik tok and do all these over the top dances. The casual fan buys into it
Sure you have the TJ’s, Heywards, Minkah’s who still play for pride but they are a small representative on each nfl roster.

Good let him go. A high school kid playing Madden could call a better game then that bozo.
Cowher/Whisenhunt didn’t feed Ben to the wolves. They knew he had a strong supporting cast in his teammates and Ben didn’t have to be a hero.
Kenny could be in a similar position but Tomlin/Canada don’t design a system to his strengths. Kenny’s initial reaction under pressure is to spin and run. That could be minimized by lining up under center more and establishing a run.
Today’s game was a solid indication. Strong running game but they would get away with it. Kenny’s problem body language wise, he seems to overthink when he’s in shotgun
In the game today the guests here where like why is Warren not in there? He has the hot hand you ride him.
Canada has no feel for the game, and Tomlin's approach to the game is handcuffing this team.

I didn't say he wouldn't be hired if he was FIRED, I was saying no other team owner has indicated an interest in hiring him away like Gruden was hired away - c'mon a couple of 7th rounders - get it done!!

A couple of my co-workers; one a Bills fan the other a Browns fan are convinced we have one of the best coaches in the league. The say we are spoiled.

I have a friend who likes Chargers says same to me. This is the difference of an organization who would kill to just have a .500 record year after year and one who has higher expectations.
I would be willing to bet the majority of casual fans, maybe even a few diehards, have no idea how long it’s been since Steelers won a playoff game. It’s like national media propaganda that we go at least to divisional round every year.
Why would a rebuilding team want a coach that has shown for a decade that he cannot build a team.
