Who cares? Who really cares? Hanging on to mediocrity because some other team might hire him right away is probably part of the reason the team is in the predicament it is in. Tomlin has run his course in Pittsburgh. Thanks for the memories coach. Have fun running another franchise into the ground.
I just want to remind everyone that a team once traded for Herm Edwards… I mean owners are typically spoiled and stupid in football matters… Tomlin would likely get us something nice back

"On the Steelers' final drive, I was pooping myself. We couldn't stop Warren all day. He ran all over our defense. But then I look up and see Najee Harris on the field, and I looked up and said, 'Oh thank you, Jesus.' That to me is one of the most illogical coaching decisions I have ever seen. I'm happy as a Browns fan. But if I were a Steelers fan? Man! I'd be asking for answers from Tomlin."

Tomlin no matter what ESPN thinks was out coached yesterday from the kick off. When your QB says we were not ready for the zone defense you have to question Tomlin ability on the sidelines.

The comment was about 31 owners weren't offering to trade for Tomlin (which really doesn't happen). I was just pointing out there'd absolutely be interest in him if he was avaialble.
I've wanted a coaching change for 7-8 years now because I think he's run his course in Pittsburgh.

Just because he would get another shot means you don’t try to upgrade him. Any bottom dwelling team would love to have him, look at all the Steeler fans lined up to service him.
448:has been on board with a change. I just don't think it is a realistic want.

My concern is also an extension, followed by the same OC & DC, or a replacement that for some unknown, mind boggling, unimaginable reason tries to play the same type of scheme.
If that happens you might as well ship Kenny off. Not that they will get anything for him by the time they are finished.
Yeah I could see that OC being a Tomlin buddy then rinse and repeat.

Right, I want to move in a different direction, but you can't deny Tomlin wouldn't be sought after by multiple teams. This is also why I've wanted to pull of a Gruden trade with him.

I have never denied Tomlin would get another job, if he wanted it.
I just hope it would not be with the Seahawks. Just couldn’t stand to hear it all over again
Hell wherever it is I'd just be happy it isn't with the Steelers. Like jumping for joy happy. Take ol girl out to wherever she wants to eat happy. About as happy as a fan can be outside of winning a playoff game or the SB.
