Pens Hockey 2021?

MAF was a coaches decision to not start even though he shutout Avs twice. Strange call and it backfired.


Reading Seth Jones to be traded and not resigned in Columbus. Break out a new template
 
Vegas got spanked. 7-1. I couldn't believe Fleury didn't play. They should just rest him for the playoffs,then send him back to Pittsburgh.

The Avs are fast and forecheck aggressive. They are the 2016 Pens on roids. Mackinnon stood out all game.
 
How about them Maple Leafs??

Yes it was. And trust me the Leafs curse goes back well before Phil Kessel. Look up Bill Barilko. Maybe finding his body only briefly lifted the curse. ORRRRRRRRR. Maybe they just suck.

That fan base. I hear some bad things about Toronto. Media/fans etc
 
Catch Hextalls press conference if you can. My takeaway was that the core is not going anywhere. They expect to lose a good player in the expansion draft. Jarry will learn from his mistakes. They are ok with the coaching staff. They want to try and add a physical player during the off season but are really hard to find. He did recognize how play and calls change between the regular season and post season and they need to adjust.

So I wouldn't expect any wholesale changes between now and October.
