OK time to refocus. If Jarry is ready on Sunday, not sure I'd give him the start after being idle for so long. I think I'd save him in case Louie gets in trouble and bring him in to help spark the team. What say you?

I love seeing sad caps fans. That fan base legitimately hates the Pens and us fans with a passion it seems. 2016-2019 stretch with them was some unreal rivalries. I thought the flyers in the 2000’s-early 2010’s was intense. These guys brought it to a new level during the cup runs.

Ok.....time to regroup. Despite the loss the effort was there,its time for a little Penguin magic for game 7. As usual.....goal tending will be the difference. Tell you what.....playoff hockey is one tough mother-****** sport,the weak go home.

I think the Pens were loose to start the series and had no pressure. They had no chance so go out and have fun. The Rags were the ones playing tight. Then I think mindset changed and the Pens started playing really tight, especially after Sid got injured. Hopefully they can manage to get some of that swagger, combined with that "does it look like I give a @$%@" play back. Win or lose, they have done a lot more this series than I expected. I figured they might win one game but they surprised me.

When the rangers ice the puck put out one of those two lines to attempt a drawn out play from the faceoff. Those two lines win faceoffs and have the wingers to crash the net if igor lets off a rebound

Good plan...Their net front presence seems to have dried up since Sid got hurt...Hornquist would be great to still have for just that. Sid shouldn't be the guy to have to take that kind of beating but I guess nobody else was doing it so he did it.

Rust had two thirds of the net to shoot at on that beautiful feed from Matheson, and the series is probably over. I could have put that puck in.

But then all of you crybabies calling for a regime change (you know, because it's the regime's fault that the Penguins are playing with their third-string goaltender and without the best two-way player in the world) would have to wait a few more weeks to put the final nail in their coffin.

The Steelers haven't done dick in over 10 years..lol. Actually their last 4-5 playoff games have been an embarrassment.

The Penguins are not at that level yet, but the last 3+ plus years haven't been much fun when the playoffs hit. Father time gets everyone.

Regardless of outcome tonight, it’s been a fun season as always. New era next season. Could be Letang and Malkin’s last game in a Pens sweater
