I have to agree that Tomlin has done a fairly decent job moving the team forward in what is a rebuilding season. BUT if he sits on his laurels and brings back his entire coaching staff, particularly Canada, it's all for naught. This guy is not an NFL caliber Offensive Coordinator.I agree. His players love him and have been fighting hard all season. There have been some players complaining at times (including Cole during the game last night) but they have stuck together. If they were to somehow win the final 2 games, Tomlin will put another huge feather in his cap and should be up there for coach of the year but he won't be. The bad thing about this is I doubt we see any changes after the season other than maybe special teams coach.
