In the end the record is the only thing that does matter. Name me someone considered a great coach who has a losing record. Someone noted Colbert and Tomlin have built the worst defense in 30 years. They have also built the best offense in 30 years. Just because the were handed Ben? Remember when Tomlin took over Ben was considered by many(including a number of Steeler fans) to be a "game manager". No credit to coaching for changing that? Whether you consider this team on the upswing or downswing that will be determined over the next few years. I'm not sure that anything but record will make that determination.
