Universal Basic Income? Um....no, not in that form where sitting on your *** gets you benefits. Only way I do this is for the folks who have problems finding a job or are just too lazy....every day all those folks head down to the local Dept of Transportation, get issued a reflective vest and bags. Loaded on buses and picking up trash and cutting grass and shoveling public areas of snow. At the end of the day you are given a satisfactory or unsat and you turn those reports into the "Office of Universal Basic Income" to get your $. For the baby-making moms....nothing. You learn quick when you can't feed Junior.
