I think if the Steelers win out and the Bengals beat the Broncos the Steelers are the 5th seed regardless of what any of the other teams ion the playoff hunt do, which IMO is a realistic scenario

Week 17 ~ Steelers beat the Browns | Ravens beat the Bengals

That's the 2 seed.

That's it. Lots has to happen, Most unlikely thing is KC losing, but... It could happen.

Your dream would be more realistic if you had the Raiders beating the Chiefs in week 17 instead of the Browns doing it in week 16.
