Nice false equivalence. You are comparing a law that has been on the books for over 100 years that makes something legal, but that no one actually does, to actual practice that goes on quite a lot in South/Central American culture. We have it happen 2 or three times a year here in the Tampa are where a 20-30 year old man impregnates a teenaged girl who is 14-17 after "dating" her with the full knowledge of her family. This always happens in the migrant farm worker community, and they are always from Mexico, Guatemala or Honduras.

A while ago, long before Trump was elected, I suggested guard towers along the border wall and shooting people who tried to cross it but the Libs on the board didn't like my idea.
