The weather was certainly a factor. I think play favored the offenses in the 2nd half.

It's a game of matchups. They did a good job and we are going to lose some games....We don't have the best O-line and we don't have a true #2 that can run the intermediate stuff for us. As many have said this was their Super Bowl then they return to the basement and we are moving on. We need Highsmith back and we need Williams to learn the playbook and contribute.

Pre-season, we all would have taken 8-3. I certainly didn't see that record in the cards.

But I don't think this team is as good as their record. The offense is weak. Pathetic at times. If they can't put touchdowns up on a regular basis then this team won't go anywhere. Field goals aren't going to carry them the entire season.

He got lucky this year with signing a couple of decent QBs on the cheap and finding A Smith on the scrap heap, but games like this remind us that Tomlin has always been mostly smoke and mirrors carried by generational talents.

I've never seen any coach so absolutely clueless managing the final 2 minutes of halves. You just expect it by this point.
