Steelers -clowns game thread (1st matchup)

I am referring to the playoffs. Usually the teams in the afc have guys named Allen....Mahomes...Stroud...Jackson.....you know....the better QBs(teams) of the league. But yeah....during the regular season Tomlin has balled out. Hopefully this post season(should we make it)we yake care of business.

So mahomes has 2 top caliber WRs? I'm arguing the Bengals have a more impressive offense than Mahome's KC and probably everybody else except maybe the Ravens, and we know how to play them.

That would be the coaching aspect of it as Andy for me is an elite coach. So playing that team isn’t easy for anyone..

Our O will not be facing the Bengals D in the playoffs unfortunately. So it is up.to our coaches to scheme our D a bit better than they have been. My opinion anyways.

Our zone D is awful, putrid…hard to watch
JPJr cheats every damn play
Minkah is and has been invisible for a long time
Watt can be schemed out of the game when they are too bull headed to move him around

Good thing Mike is a defensive guru cuz he has a lotta work to do to fix this Swiss cheese D

For as much money is on that side of the ball
expecting more is fair. If not for timely turnovers they likely lose again to another **** team cuz they weren’t stopping the run or pass and that could be problematic

Here’s to smoke and mirrors and hopefully getting something figured out before the playoffs

But at least we got the lucky bounces again and squeezed one out on the back of the offense

Happy for the win, but should’ve never been that close

People love to whine about the winners around here. They complained about AB, bitched about Leveon, even through massive shade at Big Ben at times.
Complaining about Pickens is to be expected.
They always attack the players that bring the Elite talent.
This team has zero chance of winning without Pickens. He is far and away the best guy on the offense.
They should be focusing on the actual problems like the penalty machines like Jones and JPJ. These high draft picks look like busts half the time they are on the field.
Or how about Coach T's always dependable clock mismanagement. Yesterday was pretty egregious. You have to sit there and ask yourself how such poor clock management is even possible??
Between clock management, bad challenges, and 4th down attempts on the wrong end of the field or lack thereof in the right situation.
It's mind boggling

Defense played well and allowed Jameis to be Jameis-someone’s got to get the ball to the DBs and DL!!!!

After an abysmal first quarter the offense found some balance by shockingly using the entire field.
Warren, Najee, Muth, Van, Miller and Williams all making just enough plays to win vs a **** team by leaning on a dominant D to shut down the opponent.

Unfortunately only 1 more complete POS team left on the schedule

Watt brings elite talent. Nobody attacks him because he doesn’t do boneheaded **** like AB, Leveon, Pickens, and yes, even Ben.

That browns team is better than their record, jameis Winston, even with his flaws, jumped started a flat offense with the predator qb. They have a good D and now have their running game complete with Chubb available.

They should be a .500 team currently if not for the crappy start.

Nick Chubb is playing terrible. 3.1 ypc for a guy who averaged close to 6 for his career. Jamies is an upgrade though.
