More overly conservative 1st half game plans that work in the division but not against elite teams, what would the bills or chiefs done to us today?

This team doesn’t celebrate division titles…at least it didn’t use to…plus we’re 1 game up only you’re assuming we beat the Rats in their house? Then we play the Chiefs. Division title is far from on track

There would be a mob out for Cowher if he was here right now, Tomlin has reprogrammed the fan base to accept mediocrity

The Steelers just have to beat the Ravens, and they clinch. If I'm Wilson. I would locate Stephens on the Ravens, and throw it his way. He has to be about the worst CB in the NFL. He is fast but he has one problem, he never looks for the ball. It will probably be close but the Steelers will win, unless Watt doesn't play.

He was correct. A 14pt margin in the NFL is not particularly close.

And that was the score....what the Eagles did to us on the field today was an embarrassment.

What a fitting ending when Tomlin punts the ball away down 14 with 10 minutes left "trusting his defense" and never touches the ball again getting a 21 play game ending drive shoved down his throat.

He's the ultimate fool's gold. 99% of the time he'd be better to simply do the opposite of what "his gut" tells him.

Yep, I thought about that when he punted. He needed 2 scores (and I’m not talking about Pittsburgh Steeler Special (FGs). He needed 2 real scores or 5 Steeler Specials and he just punted the ball away after watching PHI whip his team all over the field. And he thought he would get the ball back twice???? Not!!

They marched 80 yards on our “great” defense after the fumble, and 90 yards to seal the game. The defense is as much if not more than to blame for losing this game.

It's never going to get any better. Game management is by far the weakest part of Tomlin's resume by a good bit. His brain freezes up and they've apparently never hired a time outs coach for him.

I am not sure we can win a home playoff game, much less a road game.

Unless you're the 1 or 2 seed in either conference I'm sure a majority of the rest of the fanbases feel the same way. That's why I don't feel that way...they're not going to face the#1 or #2 seed in the first rd.

I still think there's a good chance the Steelers can win out (especially if George is back).

Buff, KC, Detroit, Philly. Some very strong teams even though they've all had bad moments. Yes KC is suspect but they have the best QB.

If Watt has an ankle Baltimore can have the division and I'll take the 2nd place schedule in 2025.

Spot on. That is exactly how he calls it. And then gives up a 21 play, 10 min drive.

Heck, against CIN, late in the game it took JBurrow & Co 1:44 to score a TD and pull within 44-38. Sure Burrow is elite, but I thought our D was elite too. It most certainly is NOT
