Ribs, crock-pot, hunger, have you experienced all of these? If so, this episode is for you.
Single, married, divorced, loner, amongst the many other options of identity, this particular meal is for the one who works a lot and has little time to cook. Why not let the crock pot do the work so it's ready when you get in to eat.
I use pork ribs and cut them in half, they are frozen but I have a super sonic knife that works real well. put any kind of rub or season, mustard, place in crock pot (frozen). Turn to low and 8-10 hrs later, they are done and ready to chow.
SECRET & Helpful hint: Put the dry season on first, pat it in and it will stick (even on the frozen), then coat your mustard (any amount to your liking)
Ultimate TOP Secret Ingredient: Yes SIR, you read that right! This ingredient can be any flavor you desire, mine happens to be Root Beer. Take a bottle (cans are not classy enough for this recipe), open it (bottle opener, because if you have to twist, you're in the wrong demographic of this show), pour it in gently and on the side so as to not wash anything off the ribs. Simple and easy and let the crock-pot do it's magic.
Remember, this is not a casual meal, it's only for the truly hard working that causes the working man hunger.
