I think they did that in response to the line declining. And the stink of Fichtner hasn’t been fully washed off yet.

I would argue that the playcalling has not significantly changed, despite the departure of Fichnter. IE, it wasn't Fichtner.

I dislike Tomlin as much as anyone but I'm unsure any amount of adjustments could make up for the missed tackles.
