Watching this team starting the half, it ticks me off the coaching staff doesn't prep this team right. Khan and Weidl built this team to be a power running team which would've eased the pressure off Pickett. They didn't spend the offseason developing this type of offensive attack and don't commit to it during the season.

Bears have 21 on them. The only offense more criticized than Steelers. It appears they have made some adjustments, unlike the steelers

Chico, Austin was a busher in Detroit and Cincy getting run off from both teams as their DC. Got fired in season when with the Bengals. He’s a horrible DC but Shades hires him.
We all know Canada’s mo! The guy has zero business as an NFL OC. Zero!

Mike Tomlin lies awake at night, staring at the ceiling, wondering, "How am I going to find coaches who won't challenge my position?"

And somehow, some way, he finds the answer.

Nothing will change.

Until this entire coaching staff is gutted, including HC, nothing will change. Should Art2 step in and enforce Coach Tomlin into different OC / DC ect., even then Coach Tomlin would not be able to open up and let them do their jobs.

Something could change before end of season, but I highly doubt anything of significant will happen.
