So looking at just how bad this team is I have to ask. Is "never having a losing season" a curse? We are not bad enough to draft superstars. Or is it just that our coaches do not how to build the fundamentals of a team. I'm at a loss.

I think its mainly not getting the most out of what we have. gameplans / adjustments etc etc..

Being mediocre or middle of the pack drafting is a curse. So yeah. They haven't taken that next step from the status quo in a decade.It is what it has become.
