So looking at just how bad this team is I have to ask. Is "never having a losing season" a curse? We are not bad enough to draft superstars. Or is it just that our coaches do not how to build the fundamentals of a team. I'm at a loss.

Fundamentals… its been obvious for a decade… not playing to the whistle for years… bad routes and angles, no discipline
