Maybe. Perhaps. Every game you have a handful of callls that go either way for you. You take them when they go your way and ***** when they don't.I don't know why Matt Ryan was marked short on that QB run. he dove forward and wasn't touched until he hit the ground. That should have been a 1st down.
Think they got away with a PI on that last play too.
just drunk enough to laugh at thatWhen you run effectively you give your offense a chance. Defense did just enough whew. 1 2 3
If you guessed I was going to say win you would be

someone else pointed out this was incorrect and that the ball was spotted just like it was when Kenny dove in the first halfI just ran back that Matt Ryan scramble. He dove forward and bounced and Edmunds eventually touched his foot while he was down. He got to within a yard of the 1st. The refs marked him 2 yards back. Instead of 3rd and 3 it should have been 3rd and less than a yard. Steelers got away with one there

Wrong. Kenny did the same thing for a first down early in the game. The officials mark it where they feel the QB gave himself up.I just ran back that Matt Ryan scramble. He dove forward and bounced and Edmunds eventually touched his foot while he was down. He got to within a yard of the 1st. The refs marked him 2 yards back. No they didn't. QBs don't have to slide to give themselves up. It's been this way for awhile now.I just ran back that Matt Ryan scramble. He dove forward and bounced and Edmunds eventually touched his foot while he was down. He got to within a yard of the 1st. The refs marked him 2 yards back. Instead of 3rd and 3 it should have been 3rd and less than a yard. Steelers got away with one there
“A quarterback does not have to slide feet first to be considered to be giving himself up,” the league’s online rules say. “Regardless whether the slide is feet first or head first, as long as he gives himself up, he should receive the protections afforded to him as a player in a defenseless posture.”
I guess your family doesn't do Biden showersIf any of my aunts had testicles, Id never ever know lol…

ball is spotted at first contact with the ground

'Big change' to obscure rule could confuse spots
Head-first dives will now be treated like feet-first slides, with the ball marked where the player first touches the ground.www.espn.com
