while we are at it, can we stop "is this a dynasty?" yes we have won 5 games this year. but please stop comparing this team to the 70s Steelers or the 80s 49ers. we are good. maybe even great. but we cannot be considered a dynasty. yet.

I couldn't believe this when I read it: The Detroit Lions have had two out of the five longest playoff win droughts in NFL history, 31 years (1960-1991) and 30 years (1992-current). In the '91 playoffs, they beat Dallas in the second round, then lost to the Redskins 41-10 in the NFCCG. That means that the Lions have won one playoff game in 61 years. ONE. Can you imagine?

This season is pretty much following mediocre Mike's normal script. Start slow, rally to finish a step above .500, pray for lots of help the last week of the season and if your prayers are answered, you end up an easy out for the 2 or 3 seed. If they do make it, let's hope they don't extend their record streak to 4 games.
True but only if they win the Cinci game when it is replayed and KC loses on Saturday…
If the bills are at 12-3. They Beat KC. KC is 13-3 … the Bengals are 11-4. If the Bills win vs Cinci, they are 13-3 and tied with KC but ahead on the tiebreaker… if KC loses, then the Bills are the top seed… if they win, then the Bills must win to stay ahead of them
If Cincy wins, they are 12-4, the Bills are 12-4, and KC is 13-3… then the Bills need a KC and a Cinci loss coupled with a win to get home field.. If KC wins on Saturday they still need to beat the pats to get the 2 seed with a cinci loss…
This is why the NFL is stupid to have Saturday games on the last weekend…
