I met George at a terrible tailgate and we hit it off. He invited me to his Seahawks podcast and we had a great time talking with he and his brother.

Check it out here

Man Styker you are hitting it bigtime

There was an element of Bush running his mouth at times that didn't help his cause within fans interactions. Besides sometimes just saying odd ball comments in general. From what I saw from time to time.

Was he even average after that injury?

I feel he got worse at getting off blocks and became often a run defense liability. If he would have been a beast against the run, I think fans would have forgave the lack of splash plays. But the truth is he did nothing well after that injury. He may have lost some of that speed. He definitely lost some will to. Call it lack of heart or playing scared whatever.

And yeah anyone being picked that high every fan will expect more. As they should. I don't hate him or wish bad things for him. But I won't be clamoring for his return any time soon.

In all my years of watching football I've never seen a lb that is less interested in engaging and taking his gap. I can't believe he has a job. If they ban the hip drop he won't.

I feel like the issue with Devin Bush is that he is really not up for the tackle part of tackle football. Talk about someone never being the same after the injury. Sucks for fans, but I can't even begin to imagine how it would feel to be Bush. Hiyooooooooooo!

With absolute certainty I know you couod replace Bush with a large willing CFL linebacker. Pass D wouldn't be as good ( though lbs in Canada have a lot of space to cover against fast rbs and slots. But bottom line most anyone who is a willing participant is better. It's beyond me how any NFL person could start this guy at this point.
