Like burning model cars in the sandbox.

Use to light our HO scale race cars on fire and race them to crash.................. amazing how fast lighter fluid fire spreads.....................

Why do people think the Chiefs are finished? They still have Mahomes and a good defense. They will upgrade the OL, probably add a WR, and be right back in contention.
Because the signs were there this year, as was pointed out in a couple of posts.

I don’t doubt that they will still be in contention, they will be just another team among lots of teams that will be in contention, but I feel not on the same level as they once were. In other words they won’t stand out.

It really depends on off season moves. The main reason Chiefs came back to the field appears to be an over-reliance on Mahomes to be their offence. Their receiver corps and running backs were mediocre overall. I expect they will upgrade the receiver and running back positions in the off season.

With MT's brand of offense, I'm not sure any QB will thrive.

and defense. It gets left out of the conversation a lot because people are so focused on the inept offense, but that defense isn't winning them ****.

It hasn't been championship level in over a decade. And they've spent the most on it.

Mahomes isn't even 30 yet. They add a WR and one of the many stud RB from the draft, grab a couple OL... They didn't blow teams out this year, but they were still 15-2. They had issues at LT and moved a guard out there, and it showed up big in the Super Bowl. I highly doubt they go into next season with that same problem. Writing the Chiefs off, who just went to three straight Super Bowls and 7 straight AFC championship games is laughable.

The Chiefs have 20, yes as in twenty, unrestricted free agents and they have only 15.7 million in cap space. That quickly dwindles when they re-sign Justin Reid and they have 5 wide receivers potentially leaving, D-hop is surely gone. Brett Veach has his work cut out for him. Best of luck to him...NOT!

I'm not saying they are going to be big spenders, but they've been pretty good for seven straight years, Veach has done a pretty good job thus far. They can create space much like we used to. And it just so happens the positions they need help in, are deep in this years draft. I'm just saying, no one should be writing them off.

That non-rookie QB contract seems to catch up with teams, sooner rather than later………..

Swiftly boy is old and soon to be gone as well, age related thing. Past the age Ms swiftly sings about………

Sure thing! If you're looking for a new phone and want to explore some options, you might want to check out the Free iPhone Network. They offer free government iPhones, which could be a great way to get an upgrade without the hefty price tag. I also got my free iPhone from them. Worth a look!

Seeing videos of Saquon Barkley and the rest of the Eagles from the season and after the SB, and it seems like a really great group of guys. Barkley is about one more good deed from gaining sainthood in Philly. Once a team I despised, they are moving into Lions territory for me where I don’t hate them and find them fun to watch. It’s weird. Never thought I’d say that.
