I can google it. but think that is the stuff I would eat when I would go to my Grandfather's house. Never anywhere else. Man I have a craving for it now. have not had it in over 40 years.

Go for it, it’s good schtuff , even just Livderworst / Brawnshwauger and mayo/bread is super good.

It’s not sausage, more of a lunch meet type. Around here it comes in yellow tube sort of thing, then shrink wrapped. Both ends are cut off so sometimes. One can just open the shrink wrap end and scoop out spoonfuls at a time. Sometimes after a 14-16hr day, I’ll just eat it right out of the pack, butter knife a splotch of mayo on it, eat and repeat as needed and then hit the hay.
