Well we just had two people in my neighborhood test positive at the hospital a mile from me. They're starting to pop up a little in Clay ,St.Johns and Duval. Which will make it easier to stock up since the first wave of people going batshit is over.
 
3800 people just disembarked from a cruise ship in Miami, none were screened or tested coming off, at all, after they had a positive case onboard a week ago

FL might be trying out the BOOMER REMOVER plan
 
The US is a unique case with these type of pandemics, based on the sheer size of open land across the country. I imagine there will be remote corners of North Dakota, Wyoming and Montana where there will be little sign of the virus. But major cities, with international travel will all be hot spots, as will urban and suburban areas around the country that have had limited testing thus far.

I read somewhere a few days ago, they traced back the 0 patient in the States for covid-19. It wasn't anybody from China, Iran or Italy that flew in and spread the disease. It was an American tourist group that went to Egypt for a Nile river tour. Spent a week or so there, flew back to the states and nearly the whole group contracted the virus while in Egypt. Had little to no symptoms, went about their daily lives, and it spread from there.

The craziest **** ever is Trump & Pence saying that covid-19 testing should only be for the elderly or those with clear symptoms. It's a known fact the virus is contracted and spread by people of all age groups, including kids and teenagers, and those in their 20's and 30's as much as anyone else.

They may not get sick or show symptoms, but they are spreading the virus far and wide. It is the silent assassin, moving through several people until it reaches someone with a weak immune system, someone older and more frail, and then it's deadly.

My point is, all of society should be mindful of what's happening. We should be looking out for our parents and grandparents.

It's irresponsible to scoff at this, or wish it away, for the sole reason that we ourselves - or our kids - may feel we're not in danger. It's a wierd pandemic, in that it goes after the elderly and the weak. But what kind of people are we, if that's not something that we'd concern ourselves with. Kids and teens may be losing a grandma or a grandpa, not to natural causes or cancer, but to a worldwide virus taking out folks at a deadly rate.

So im not afraid of this virus... but I am very afraid of getting trapped in ohio when they close state borders and my ******* work refuses to cancel my trip...
 
Almost like it was made in a lab to target a certain group(old and sick)or maybe sent from god. The locusts are swarming in Africa. Just saying.

I'm not concerned with it for myself in the slightest margin. I wouldn't want to carry it to someone who may be high risk for a severe case.

It's absolutely ridiculous. It really has a political tone to it. All because they have ******* garbage candidates and they hate the president. I don't have even the smallest amount of respect for them.

So yeah, I'll double down in saying the Trump base is at least as dangerous as Trump himself.

There may be a vaccine for Corona Virus at some point, but there may never be a cure for Trump dumbassery. That seems to be a permanent condition. Spike being a recent exception to the case, though that situation remains fluid. ;)

Old and sick are high chances of dying to any virus.
Give this thing a couple months and an actual vaccine will be available.

It’s just a new form of corna virus on roids.
Spike did serve up some facts in saying it’s a zoonatic virus.
Bats carry corona virus, rabies etc. Corona virus is nothing new. Just the new make up that’s different than prior viruses.

No different than when mrsa was a resilient super bug wreaking havoc in sports locker rooms.

The media should and does need to report the news.
But the way they promote it is like it’s some end of the world scenario.

Italy and spain are disturbing facts. But it seems other countries are keeping it from being that bad.

H1N1 and the seasonal flu. Read about them, learn about them and compare them to this overhyped hoax. Live in the now, recognizing facts, not lies. Especially pay close attention to the death rates.

That message isn’t really for you. TDS has rotted what little brain you had to begin with. But maybe some others will be rational instead of panicked and consumed with fear and despair.

To give you a sense of what we're dealing with, let's use Hungary as an example. I live here, I can speak in clear terms about the situation. Right now there are around 30 reported cases and I think 2 deaths that happened overnight. Hungarian scientists and viral outbreak experts are going on record that there may be anywhere from 5,000-50,000 people afflicted with the virus right now in the country. Again, we have thirty confirmed cases. If you see what's happening with countries where testing is more widespread, those numbers seem to play out.

You all think Spike is off his rocker. He's simply been banging the alarm bell for days on end. The numbers don't lie, and the numbers in Spain and France are just as telling as what's happened in Italy or Iran. If those stats bear out in the States, or here in Hungary, we are in for a rough few months ahead.
