It's not total bullshit, but it's also not the Black Plague. The country of Sweden is not on a lockdown and they have very few deaths (even if their country isn't nearly as populated as the US or similar). It's a moderate to severe flu (from the cases I, layman, observe) that doesn't result in any lung shut down unless you have some serious underlying medical conditions/co-morbidities or get put on a ventilator (thank you New York).
My mom's friend's husband is 77 years old, has a plethora of health problems including COPD and currently resides in a nursing home, and he contracted Covid-19 apparently. I initially thought he was done for, but he spent one night in the ICU & he was better within two days and walking around. That's a person with a seriously compromised immune system, and he made it.
And let me ask you a question; do you know anyone who's had the virus? There are probably hundreds of us on this site and I don't recall any single user saying that they (or their family) contracted the virus. We live in every little area of the country (of all ages) and no one seems to have contracted it (or been so sick from contracting it that they had to go to the hospital). If this is such a serious virus, wouldn't you think we'd have some personal stories here already?
