You make valid points, but I don't see them as being true of government lawyers. Government lawyers are paid on a GS scale, usually 12-14, so the money motivation isn't there. And I don't remember the last lawyer, government or whatever, that was interested in the truth. So if their motivation isn't political, they must be pretty unmotivated.

LOL I find that quite amusing seeing as how you haven't done anything but insult from the get go, which by reading the posts on here that was all I was expecting anyway, so no surprise there. I haven't had an opportunity to talk politics with anyone, but then again I thought this was a real political board, so silly me. I did ask if this was an alt right board and didn't receive an actual answer. But I digress (big word, I know, but it is a well spoken word), when I already know it is an alt right, conspiracy theory laden board that quotes fox and other alt right rags and calls anything they don't like fake, very Nixonian BTW so I give props for that. I saw Elfie get banned, again keeping with the "I don't like what you say and how you say it - fake, fake, fake" theme, so I imagine that's why there's not much real conversation on here for others like Tibs, etc. to converse with. I will gladly wait to respond to the likes of "my own kind" for real conversation and I'm fine with that. Just a shame that's far and few between.

Obviously you did not read what Elfie wrote, and was asked, then told to tone it down. Elfie refused. Blatantly. I gave the douche nozzle more rope to hang zeself. Coolie finally kicked the chair out from under ze after ze repeatedly used racist language. So, no we don't "like" the racist slant that elfie was and is apt to use.

I would strongly suggest that if you want to engage in conversations with like minded racist *********, that you find another board. as long as I am moderator, it's not going to happen here.

Well then apparently I missed it. Since I don't spend every second of everyday here I must have missed it. Last I looked he was banned, but the posts of his I did read didn't come across racist. He may have come across with a little more strong language than I do to others who I don't see eye to eye politically with, but figured he was just throwing back what he was receiving. I do like the endearing tone of being a ************ though, very welcoming, much appreciated.

When CNN was caught providing debate questions to the Hilary Clinton camp during the primaries, yes it indicated to me that they had no journalistic integrity, and were nothing more than a propaganda machine.

Ahhh Confluence - I have very good memories of you from the football forum. Makes me want to come back more. I see some very memorable names I enjoyed as well, like Ron Burgundy, and others. Good to see you still around.

And I agree with you, it's EXTREMELY difficult to find an unbiased voice. I openly admit I watch CNN, and I'm not ashamed of it. Doesn't mean I agree with everything. I like listening to the different sides with Anderson and I try (sometimes really hard) to see their views. Sometimes it's difficult, but I do try. We've, my household, have tried to watch Sean Hannity to see that side of things too. Again I admit, I only lasted about 10 minutes with him and had to turn him off. So yeah, maybe I'm more biased than even I would like to admit, but I do try. If you have any sources you think I should try, I'm open minded enough to give anything a go, I just can't guarantee I'll agree, but I will at least give it my best shot.

Believe it or not, I get you. At least you have your reasons and I thank you for your honest answer. I'm trying to become more unbiased. This is why I would like to hear the "other side" of the political spectrum. Hell if I tried to tune out every trump supporter, I'd never speak to my sister again, and no political disagreement is worth that. She understands me and I understand her, so it works. I'm hoping for open discussion and more open-mindedness on my end.
