That's a tough uphill climb. Don't see it happening anytime soon but it is great they are attempting to reign in the monster.
It is interesting, but I don't see it happening. They are only half way to the 34 required for the Convention and need 38 to pass an Amendment. Many of the states have put timeframes on their votes, and many of those votes will expire before they get to the 34.
