Both polls plus a rising economy trend well for Trump in 2020. If Trump could pick up 10% more of the black vote, Dem's will have a real tough time winning in 2020.

I would bet a year's wages on the fact that those who view socialism "favorably" literally cannot define socialism, as compared to capitalism.

Kids are being force fed socialism by their socialist professors in school, and come out in a brain dead, socialist stupor. Today's universities are no longer allowing diversity of thought, and have become indoctrination mills. Who needs Russian collusion? We are are doing a better job of it ourselves, in our schools.

My son said his philosophy professor went on a rant yesterday about socialism. Guess the guy isn't a big fan of it, and basically told students that they are morons if they buy into that nonsense. So there is some hope.

This particular professor apparently also thinks that transgender people are mentally ill and one of the biggest failures in our mental health care system.

I found it remarkable because professors usually just don't say things like that in public.

Very often the only Conservatives you find among university faculty are the economics professors. (I have a degree in economics. )

Child punished for calling teacher 'ma'am'

Parents of a fifth grader are concerned after their child was punished for referring to his teacher as "ma'am."

Teretha Wilson said she noticed something was wrong Tuesday when her 10-year old son Tamarion got off the school bus from North East Carolina Preparatory School.

"I asked him what happened. He said he got in trouble for saying 'yes ma'am'," explained Wilson.

Confused by his response, Tamarion pulled out a sheet of paper with the word "ma'am" written on it four times per line on both sides. He says his teacher told him to write the word on the sheet because he kept referring to her as "ma'am" despite her instruction not to. As part of his punishment, Tamarion had to have the paper signed by a parent.

"He had a look on his face of disappointment, shame," said his father, McArthur Bryant.

Wilson and Bryant said their children were taught to refer to elders as "ma'am" and "sir," and that Tamarion was not intending to be disrespectful.
