CNN was really interesting, they said it was a very effective reelection speech, even Van Jones, the angry white lash guy, was giving Trump praise with the strong outreach to black people on issues important to them, watch out dems he said, that speech was a warning shot he is coming after black votes.

It was truly a great speech IMO -- all inclusive. Trump seems to hit SOTU's outta the park, which is maddening why he can't act that Presidential the majority of the time -- because as OFTB alluded to, he'd have some pretty record numbers.

I didn’t have time to watch but whatever he said all the libs round here are pissy today but not talking about specifics... did the iowa mess make them forget to put out their talking points or something?
It looked like Nancy was having trouble with her dentures during most of that speech. I thought the angry women wearing white was a major turn off. I think most Americans would agree with me on that. And the fact that most of the Democrats never applauded or stood during parts of that speech was distasteful. They are truly filled with hate.

Pelosi's temper tantrum at the end of his speech, ripping up the papers, was childish and disrespectful - not only to the office of the POTUS, but also to those who voted for him and those people whom Trump spotlighted for praise. Rush? disrespected. Tuskegee airman? disrespected. Military family? disrespected. School girl? disrespected. Family who lost their husband/dad? disrespected. Man who overcame addiction and started his own business? disrespected.
I'll say this - while watching his speech, I was even wondering how much he was fudging the numbers and overstating his case to unemployment and employment in general. I was going to do research on that to see how close the numbers are, considering politicians stretch the truth very, very thin at times.

apparently they were chanting HR3, a reference to a house bill having something to do with drugs that just passed the house and is sitting in the senate now. Hmmm, wonder why the senate may be a bit behind on their work right now.
it was clearly a pre-planned stunt to try to make it seem like the Dems have done something on drug prices.

Even his fellow Republicans said it was inappropriate, but now you have Dems boycotting and walking out and shouting. "Speaker Pelosi just ripped up: One of our last surviving Tuskegee Airmen. The survival of a child born at 21 weeks. The mourning families of Rocky Jones and Kayla Mueller. A service member's reunion with his family," the White House said in a tweet. "That's her legacy."
Sen. Joe Manchin, D-W.V., told Fox News that Trump's speech was "rough" in parts. Responding to Pelosi ripping up the speech, he added, "None of that’s good."
And, speaking to Fox News' "Hannity," Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, called Pelosi's actions "disgraceful" and "disgusting," saying they made him "angry."
Some commentators accused Pelosi of hypocrisy, noting that back in 2009, she had called on a Republican congressman to apologize or face formal censure for shouting during President Obama's State of the Union address, "You lie!"
In an apparent attempt at reconciliation, Pelosi tweeted late Tuesday that Democrats "will never stop extending the hand of friendship to get the job done #ForThePeople." Pelosi also released a statement saying Trump did not issue a positive message on health care, and calling his speech a "manifesto of mistruths."
The tensions over impeachment appeared to surface early on, however, as Pelosi refused to introduce Trump by saying it was her "distinct honor" and "high privilege" to do so, as is tradition. Instead, she simply introduced him as the President of the United States.

If he wins re-election, the next four years are going to be incredibly difficult for you.
And anyone that takes Schiff seriously after stating that Trump would sell Alaska to Russia is apparently just as stupid as Schiff is. Perhaps more so.
