The article is interesting. The author criticizes capitalism in the US as dog-eat-dog, but ignores the fact that for the past 150 years in this country, infrastructure - the point being analyzed in the article - has been funded, built, and maintained by government, not private entities.
So the problem in the United States is not capitalism, it is a corrupt grifter class of politicians who squander the nation's resources on themselves and on boondoggles to get re-elected rather than on what the money is meant for.
