Sigh
Well the 2016 draft was better than the 2015 draft. Happy now?

Was that the 2013 game where Polamalu was about two years removed from his prime?
Well yeah but he still should have been leaps and bounds above a "horrible" Davis shouldn't he?
Davis has had the worst 3-4 stretch of football from a starter that I've seen in a long time. Hopefully the game against Cleveland can help get things turned around for him.
I think Davis was fine against Gronk in the 1st half. But in the 2nd when everybody on the planet knew the cheaters were going to go heavy on the Gronk, I utterly fail to comprehend why Butler didn't consider doubling the giant oaf. Two of Gronk's plays were just frickin' amazing. I hate the ****** but, geez, the catch where the ball was about 4 inches off the ground was spectacular and the catch where he was simply blanketed and he reached up like a ******' oak tree over a bunch of children playing at the base and grabbed the ball for a 33 or 35 yard gain - what was Davis supposed to do about that? Gronk caught the ball at a dead run 18 inches above Davis' outstretched hands. That's just a factor of Gronk being a ******* mutant.
So... You Double the freak. You try to beat the **** out of him at the line and then you trail him and have somebody cover him deep. If you can't cover the ball you hit the ************ as hard as you humanly can, hopefully about the same time the ball gets there. That's pretty much it.
Playing physical at the line is difficult with him because he simply grabs you and throws you the left before he tears off downfield. (Which is why you should cover your jersey with vaseline. If he's going to grab you, let him get that **** all over his hands.)

What can we throw up to cover your awful commentary.
Outside of using Davis as a blitzer, he’s raw meat in coverage.
The pass rush will need to cover for the awful Davis and Mitchell combination
He's regressed in year two, that's for sure. Let's hope he makes the jump next year, but safety is an area the Steelers will need to address next year.
Yeah..regressed.....wonder what's games are being watched.
Mitchell should be killing that guy on receptions, but he doesn't seem to want to hit anyone this season...
.@_TJWatt is the only linebacker in the NFL this season to have at least:
40 Tackles (44)
5.0 Sacks (6.0)
5 Passes Defensed (7)
1 Interception (1)
Watt you say?
I disagree, I passed my test
hi
Because you get penalized, fined and possibly ejected and suspended now for playing defense. You guys have bitched about him not changing his game the last few years, now that he has, you guys are bitching. Mitchell's game was the big hit, NOTHING else, you take that away from him and he is what we have now.
Watt had seven sacks for the season. During the process of matching value with need for round one, TJ was my pick all the way during The “ Who we should take “ draft process.
I think he can be even better next year.

And not to mention I pimped him before Coach and often. But Coach love him some credit!Don't jerk yourself too hard Coach.
I picked the guy too, but I'm not going to spray the walls every time he does something good...
