No it isn’t. Pittsburgh fans still go to Pirates games. You honestly think they won’t fill up that stadium with a 20 year waiting list for season tickets? Plenty of lemmings will continue lining the Rooney’s pockets. Nothing is gonna change in that regard.

For some reason I think the STEELERS have sold out for near an eternity. Even in the 80's they sold out. I know there was a chance of not selling out a game (mid 80s) but then a corporate bought all remaining tickets to make it a sell out.

I'd venture to say that the STEELERS have one of, if not the longest sell out streak in the NFL.

Steelers have sold out every home game since 1973. I’ve been told that technically the Broncos have that beat and we are #2.

No way do I make Sullivan the OC. Guy wasn’t very good at his stop as OC. That’s the problem with the Steelers. Most of that coaching staff is a collection of castoffs that sucked at their last NFL job. Flores is one of the few exceptions.

Not ideal of course which is why I prefer an outside hire. But I would settle for a Canada exit to start with on that side of the ball.

Guys I understand that the season tickets have been sold out for decades and that the waiting list is in decades as well but my point was that if they continue to slide there will be lots of no shows, lots of yellow seats will be visible.

I'd like to see that happen but Deuce doesn't have the stones to tell Shades how it's going to be.
1. Deuce pays the lovely Mrs. Haley's husband whatever it takes for him to move back to Pittsburgh from the sunny confines of Tampa.
2. Deuce tells Shades that The Toddster runs the offense and you have zero input and you don't say a word to anyone on offense except "Good morning".
3. Deuce tells Shades that if he doesn't like it he can leave and I have two other qualified people on staff who can be head coach.
Never gonna happen though.

Tomlin was asked a lot of hard questions; he was losing control. So, him making chances, who believes it.

Tomiln is right. No Harris was not benched. Bush remains the starter. Dotson can't play well drew THREE flags. And our bad punter remains. But we had changes to the starters. Three starting DB's did not play! So he did change things due to injuries.

The only reason you brought that year up is because the announcer said this is biggest loss since 1989. We made playoffs that year.

I meant to say since 1988. So no, that wasn't the reason.
