Tomlin sucks thread 11/6/16

So Tomlin got penalties. So Tomlin didn't block on running plays. So Tomlin was inaccurate the majority of the day. So Tomlin dropped a TD.

So now Landry is a savior?? The same Landry that should of never been allowed to start last week according to Alot here. The same one who everyone wanted to be replaced by MettenBerger that Landry???

Please

was he healthy?

he was questionable until game time

and looked out of it for most of the game

if you think he is completely healed from that injury I have some land to sell you

Well considering that "probable" is no longer used on injury reports, that's why every player is only questionable. Again, outside of his play "between the ears," nothing suggested that he wasn't healthy enough to be on that field today. His brain not working for most of today has nothing to do with his knee. And were eight weeks into the season, id venture to guess that most of the players on that field today are far from being completely healthy.

Oh and this place would've blown the **** up had Tomlin benched Ben in favor of Jones and they then proceeded to get shut out. Blown the **** up.

Your stubbirn pride is unbelievable. Give it up man, you look ridiculous

Statements have to be made with players. Who here honestly believes Shamarko Thomas would still be on a Belichik coached team. He can't play a base or sub package defense and he basically makes a ridiculous mind numbing play 3-4 times a year. I mean I know he was trying to block the punt but cm'on man. And the offside didn't matter. But ****** still. Can anyone be that useless and still be on a roster. How.

You know that...I know that and antdrewjosh knows that.......but slashsteel thinks Ben should of been benched. Go figure.

Yep

well if his knee isn't 100% he won't plant the same making him inaccurate, which he was for most of the game. Which could make him nervous from a between the ears perspective as he looked really nervous out there. And this is a usually confident QB.

So again he wasn't 100% and it was up to the coaches to make a adjustment some how some way before it was too late. And Tommy I won't bench anyone Tomlin did his normal, and did....well nothing.

I will go one better than benched for this benched chatter, he should have never been allowed to play.

Nothing in his past or present disputes this way of thinking as inaccurate.

Yeah yeah. I'm sorry but I put onus on the guys who actually go out and play. You know the guys who I can see ******* up. Not made up speculative bullshit on who called what, who wasn't prepared, what game plan was practiced and all the nonsense that is spewed on thus board after losses. Was there some brilliant game plans and coaching being done when they were 4-1. Nope the players played better. It's quite simple.

So obviously bench for the rest of the year to avoid him playing like **** in that first game back.. simple don't ever put him back in and he plays like **** in that first game back. Brilliant

Yep he was the reason we lost....not Ben sucking for 3 quarters. Not the WR's dropping passes. Not the 2 miss tackles on the Wallace TD catch. Let's bash on Thomas though....LOL

Also I remember us having a guy named Hank Poteat. Everyone bitched how much he sucked......because he did.....So finally we cut him. Well the Pats signed him year or so later. I think he might have won a SB with them.

no wait until he is actually recovered than letting him convince them to come back earlier than he should

this I believe to be more accurate

yep the players are responsible for the trends

have me convinced

Probably just as much as you have me convinced it is solely the HC's fault.

I am convinced nothing would make you point a finger at the head coach, until Big Ben retired and no longer could cover for his ****** decision making on and off the field.

Only for him to say "ah **** it" and go balls to the wall from the 10 minute mark on in the fourth quarter? He surely wasn't too worried about his knee running for that touchdown, was he? Or how about when he tried escaping that sack by flipping that defender off his back? No, he just stunk up the joint for 50 minutes today.

The penalty was bull on the block and the reason he sticks is because of play he made when he pinned them at the 4

HE'S THE ******* HEAD COACH!!! The head man in charge. He's responsible for this bullshit. I'm sick and tired of the damn excuses. Why are you guys okay with this? Why is one man bigger than the team. NOBODY is saying the players don't also share in the blame, but we're sick of the damn excuses for Tomlin. Plain and simple, HE SUCKS! He is a disgrace to the Pittsburgh Steelers.

ok so you agree he stunk up the joint

then you bench him at halftime for a ******* spark which the team didn't get until it was too late

NOBODY is saying that. But some of you guys are not holding him responsible for ANYTHING! Is he or is he not the head coach? Why does he get a total pass? Why is his at best mediocrity okay?

Must be a hell of a actor convinces the doctors too

So it should be quite easy to pin point what exactly he did that cost is this game. What play was it?

As I said before....I tend to hold the players accountable for their play on the field..Today it was bad. We lost. We all know Tomlin has issues. So quit writing this like I am a Tomlin supporter. I am far from it. I do understand your point in the trend. It seems our players have played bad in these games that we lose to bad team in. Do I think Tomlin has some blame? Yep....but when you pay your QB top 5 money I do not think he needs a coach to coach his play up. To get him ready for a game. Personally I think this is more of a hump Ben has to get over. It usually is his bad play that results in our loss to a bad team.

Must be a hell of a actor convinces the doctors too

that kind of injury DRs will advise you

practice will show a coach where a player stands

so if in his eyes Bens practice time was good enough, that again it falls back to his ****** decision making
