Then when Mike tells him 24, stay the hell outta the man’s way and let him go get that 24 without any micromanaging of any sort. Even allow PA or first down runs!!!! I know, crazy concept right

Then just concentrate on keeping the Rats BELOW whatever number you told him Mike
