They keep saying this was blocked, but the story says it's just being reviewed. The money was appropriated by a Republican
congress for humanitarian projects, not for funding the PA. The holds by 2 Congressman were allowed to be overridden
by the President. Most of the money probably goes to USAID and is paid to US government contractors.

The trouble is such aid is often bartered for arms and weapons, used in terrorism.

Obama did not override it, and the timing of this aid sort of stinks, as Obama, let it go in the final hours of his presidency.

Trump stopped the money from leaving. And I'm for that.
