Trump - Make America Great Again!

After Obama we've got to Flush the toilet that is Washington. This country is screwed up all over the map. We need someone that isn't a piece of that system.

Trump is the only answer. I trust he didn't make his money by backing bad deals and bad policy.

You Trump haters, what are you going to do when it boils down to Trump v. Hitlerly? Vote for that dumpy *****? Stay home and not vote? Waste your vote on a worthless, self-righetous write-in that won't mean jack ****?

I honestly don't know. He is not much different from Hillary. He believes pretty much exactly the same things she does, aside from his "wall paid for by Mexico and mass deportation" fantasies. It's hard to tell what he will do in a lot of areas since he's either incapable of articulating any specific policies, or worse, being intentionally vague because he doesn't want you to know. Calling people names and hurling insults doesn't impress me. Maybe when I was 6 it would have.

I'll probably vote third party. I'm definitely leaving the Republican party. I'm embarrassed to be part of a party that would nominate Trump. Well, embarrassed to part of a party that would nominate three straight losers in easily winnable elections. Something has to change. Despite years of trying to convince people not to waste their vote and help put a Democrat in office, I'm finally at the point where I'm tired of holding my nose and voting for someone because they are slightly less horrible than the alternative (although for me it's really a tossup between Trump/Hillary).

Ted Cruz Provides Detailed Response To Moderator’s Question About Why His Face So ******* Infuriating

HOUSTON—Responding to moderator Wolf Blitzer’s question about why voters who look at him are overwhelmed with feelings of intense aggravation and disgust, presidential candidate Ted Cruz provided a comprehensive outline during Thursday night’s GOP debate laying out exactly why his face is so ******* infuriating. “Ever since I was a child, I have had a weaselly, piece-of-**** face that you can’t help but want to hit, and that’s never changed—how many other candidates on this stage can say that?” said Cruz, adding that oftentimes when he looks in the mirror, even he wants to drive a screwdriver through his eyes so he never has to see his stupid, boxy head and waggling, doughy chin ever again. “Let me be clear: When voters look at my ****-eating, smug-as-**** smirk, they can’t help but want to wipe it off by grabbing me by my waxy hair and smashing my face repeatedly into a tabletop. I believe that’s something every American can agree on.” At press time, Cruz’s explanation was cut off by Donald Trump loudly claiming that none of the other candidates’ faces could even come close to how leathery and enraging his is.

Why not? If he is destined for such a landslide it won't matter how I vote, right? It's like the libs telling me people will die in the streets unless the government does something. Why? Don't libs care enough to save the people without the government as middle man?

Well that's just flat out wrong.

If you are only listening to the current radical right wing religious conservative Trump character he's created, maybe not. If you look at his statements over a lifetime, he's a Dem.

Libs? Heck, Trump himself could probably afford to buy health insurance for most of the people dying in the street. Why doesn't he?

Oh wait, there are none. Because people who live in the street already qualify for Medicaid. And even if they didn't they would never be kicked out of a hospital to die on the street under our current system or our former system. But hey, it's Trump world, facts don't matter.

The first election against The Big O was not going to be won by any Republican. Didn't matter who the Dem opponent was. When they nominated a black guy it was, definitely, all over.

Romney was a much better candidate than McCain, but still not a 'good' one. By then, people were fed up. They had taken the Congress away from The Big O, but Congress kept rolling over. With a better candidate and a more active Congress, the GOP could have won.

Nomination of trump is not even in the top 10 embarrassing moments for the GOP.

Yes, thinking, intelligent people should care about something as juvenile and stupid as this. Trump world.

This is not a game. It's the future of our nation. Some people don't seem to get that, and it makes me really sad.

Oh you're right, there are plenty. Declaring Jeb Bush a front runner at the beginning of this was one. Hard to imagine someone with worse public speaking skills than his brother, but there it is. Didn't matter though, because anyone with any sense knew that someone named Bush was not going to have a chance.

Then there was the Sarah Palin fiasco, and I even like certain things about her. But she was totally unprepared and they didn't really know who she was.

It's one massive stumble after another. If Trump is the nominee I really see it as the final blow to a Republican party that lost its way a long, long time ago. I'm a Republican because I believe in Constitutional principles. smaller government, lower taxes, less bureaucracy, fewer regulations, a strong military, reverence for life and protection of the most defenseless among us. Cruz is the only candidate (aside form Rand Paul) who even talks about these things on occasion. It's just not the party I joined 30 years ago. It's become the caricature that libs have been trying to paint it as for years.

Now it's the party that values rude and obnoxious too. Yay.

That was satire from The Onion. I thought it was funny. Geez, you didn't even smile? Lighten up, Francis.

I knew it was satire.

Yeah, after watching that horrendous debate performance by Trump and reading all the polls that say he won it, I'm just not feeling very jovial today I guess. Trainwreck is coming and I'm just sitting here watching it happen.

What the hell? Train wreck coming?? What the **** do you think has been going on for the past 8 years? Do you REALLY want more of that?

I don't think Rubio or Cruz has a chance in hell of beating Hildabeast or BarryO V2.

Sick as you may be over the Trump hype, he is clearly this countries only real hope. The country is in debt to it's eyeballs and as a Citizen I'm being raped by the government. I'm sick of it, it has to end.

You may be sick about Trump - I'm sick about what Barry has done to this once great country. My illness is much greater than yours.

In this election year I kind of liken Trump to a cartoon character yet Rubio and Cruz can't muster up enough support to even make it a race, so no thanks, I'll take my chance with the Donald.

Honestly, while far from ideal, I can't believe it could be any worse than the **** head in office now.

Again, statements like this make me feel like I'm in bizarro world. Donald Trump as savior of the country. SMDH.

Worse? Maybe not. Better? Doubtful. Just a different kind of bad. Well, actually the same kind of bad in a lot of ways. Empty slogans and personality over substance.

Somehow I don't see Trump reaching into my wallet and taking a few thousand dollars. That is what Ofuckhead did.

sounds like the last 8 years.

Trump is winning a 5 person race with Republicans, and he doesn't even have half of the votes. He's behind Hillary in every poll in the general, whereas Cruz or Rubio are tied with her or beating her. He's got the highest unfavorables of any candidate in this race. More people say they would never vote for Trump than any other candidate, including Hillary.

Once again we will nominate a candidate who appeals to one segment of the Republican party but to virtually no one else. Last election it was the religious folk. The election before that it was the moderates. This time it will be the "I'm angry and I hate politicians" wing. None of these demographics is enough to win a general election.
